El Salto Collazo is a waterfall that’s easy to find and hard to miss. It’s very pretty, maybe 25 to 30 feet high. The water drops into a nice pool at the bottom where you can swim. You could set up a picnic on the rocks by the falls if you don’t mind being just feet from a major roadway. If you’re more adventurous, there’s another side of the bridge that has a tall waterfall. This waterfall is tall — maybe 100 feet (approx). It drops into a small pool. However, it’s not easy to get to, and sadly, it contains a bunch of garbage.
Visitors have the opportunity to see this wonderful waterfall, especially if it has been raining in the area. The area has a pleasant climate that, combined with its natural beauty, creates a very relaxing environment.

El Salto Collazo is located in the central/west region of Puerto Rico, in San Sebastian, right along a bridge on the main road as you are going east out of town. It’s located east of San Sebastian on the way to Lares on Route 111 at KM 26.8.
